Passion, what? | Kavish Sinha | TEDxSPIT

Kavish Sinha wants you to shun those that ask you to follow your passion. He argues that passions come and go, and that’s okay. This talk, by a “circumstantially passionate” casting director, is sure to shatter notions about goals and passions in life. Kavish Sinha is a man that has seen it all. From working as a brand strategist for the best of today’s ad agencies like Ogilvy, JWT and Grey Worldwide, to his foray into his present domain as a Casting Director in Bollywood. Just 3 years into the industry, he’s now running his own successful Casting Company “On-My-Kayroll”. His litany of clients will make your head spin. He’s successfully served the likes of Mani Ratnam, Sunny Deol, Nikhil Advani, Rohan Sippy and many other illustrious names. He loves his job and believes it’s extremely important to put the right faces to the writer’s words and director’s vision. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
